This is to certify that Brian Allen Nichols flew this flag over camp Barraza , in Tikrit Iraq from June 28th to July 4th in support of the Global War on terrorism. This flag was also worn on numerous combat operations in direct contact with the enemy, symbolizing the unshakeable resolve of the United States of America in pursuit of freedom, defending the oppressed, and preservation of our honorable cause.
May the one intrusted with this flag now and in the future, carry on the pursuit of freedom with honor.
