One Incredible Woman

What I thought was going to be a day spent with my mom after taking her to the doctors office for her cancer treatment turned out different! Because of the type of treatment she is given, it requires for her to lie down afterwards. I was hoping we could have coffee at Starbucks and do some shopping at the Mall. That's ok though. I told her we would do "our day" another time. This is her second treatment and my first time taking her, so I wasn't aware of the details. 2 down.... 4 to go.

Surprise Visit!!!

We had a surprise visit today from Carissa and Ella. Carissa is one of Lindsey's best friends from school. They have been friends since Kindergarten. It was so good to see her and her new baby. What a sweetheart and a cutie! We fell in love with her.

My boys surprised me with an early Mother's Day gift last night. They were anxious to give it to me, especially since I will be in Vegas on Mothers day. These are the "hand dipped in gold" roses. Mike is starting a collection for me. They are beautiful.
